Chloe Cherry(Elise Jones), a former porn star as well as an actress on the series Euphoria, was arrested for an alleged post-holiday shoplifting incident. Cherry allegedly stole a $28 shirt from a clothing store in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
According to the documents, an employee at the store located in the Building Character shopping center showed a video of the former porn star walking into a fitting room with the shirt in question, only to walk out without the piece of clothing.

The complaint states that the “model” did pay for other items with a credit card, but the shirt was not in the pile of clothing.
Following the complaint and all that, the police interviewed Cherry, and she reportedly admitted right away that the shirt had been stolen. She promptly gave the shirt to the officer.
This event took place on December 27, but Cherry was charged with felony retail theft a few weeks later in January.
The ex-porn star’s attorney provided some clarification about the theft his client committed:
