The Shires show disturbed by dive bombing peacock

The Shires’ were shocked when a peacock dive bombed the audience during their performance at Larmer Tree Festival.

The Shires’ performance at Larmer Tree Festival was interrupted by a crazed peacock.

The country duo were warming up for Sir Tom Jones at the music event in Salisbury, South West England when the bird jumped on the stage uninvited.

The band told BANG Showbiz: ”We had a Peacock perch on top of the stage during our set who was looking down at us while we were playing which was hilarious but a little distracting for us and the audience. He then dive bombed the audience! Who knows what he’ll do to Tom Jones”.

The ‘Nashville Grey Skies’ singers, Ben Earle and Crissie Rhodes, recently played at Glastonbury and following their remaining summer shows are set to embark on a tour of the UK.
