Jack Black appreciates his wife more

Jack Black appreciates his wife more as he gets older.

The 45-year-old actor, who has been married to 43-year-old musician Tanya Haden for nine years, is happy to be in a committed relationship and says her  »warmth » helps to keep him alive.

The ‘D Train’ star said:  »As we mature, I’ve found there’s a coldness to wandering the streets looking for different lovers every night. The warmth of my one true love keeps me alive. »

Jack also has a close bond with their two sons, Samuel, eight, and Thomas, six, and loves going on adventures with them.

He told PEOPLE magazine:  »I just went on a camping trip with my older son to Joshua Tree. It was our first one, and it was just us and the elements. I was definitely feeling some inner peace and happiness there. »

Despite his larger than life persona, the comedian admits he fears public humiliation.

The ‘School of Rock’ star explained:  »Fear is good. It keeps us alive. My biggest fear is probably public humiliation. There’s a tremendous amount of terror before every performance, which is strange because it’s the path I’ve chosen. »
