LeAnn Rimes wants baby girl ‘badly’

LeAnn Rimes wants to have a baby girl ”badly”.

The 31-year-old singer admits she and her husband Eddie Cibrian – who have been married since 2011 – regularly speak about having a child together and she’d be over the moon if she could have a daughter.

She said: ”I think about it often. We talk about it.”

Eddie – who has two sons, Mason, nine, and Jake, six, with his ex-wife Brandi Glanville – added: ”She wants a little girl, badly.”

However, LeAnn insists she doesn’t want to conceive until she’s ended her 20-year deal with Curb Records next month and worked out her next career step.

Speaking to Mario Lopez on ‘Extra’, she said:”I’m trying to lay out the land and figure it all out for the next 10, 20 years of my life.

”One step at a time. It’s like starting my life all over again. That’s [Curb Records’] kind of, like, my original baby.”

Meanwhile, Eddie recently hit back at rumors that their relationship was on the rocks and they were headed for a $50 million divorce, insisting they’ve never been happier.

He said earlier this month: ”[The rumors have] been going on for so long. They’re just absurd, and to give any validity to any of these things, it’s crazy.”

The couple went public with their relationship after it was

revealed that they began an affair while starring in their 2009 Lifetime movie, ‘Northern Lights’.
