One Direction to record album in mobile studio

One Direction are planning to record their fourth album in a portable music studio while on their stadium tour next year in a bid to prevent any concert interruption.

One Direction are planning to record their fourth album in a portable music studio.

The ‘Best Song Ever’ hitmakers – consisting of Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson – are keen to use a pop-up recording venue while on their stadium tour next year in a bid to complete the track collection without interrupting their concert schedule.

A source told The Sun newspaper: ”One Direction will travel with their own studio in tow when they play stadium dates.

”It’s going to cost a few quid but then, considering the amount of cash they’re making on the tour, they can afford it.

”The boys are all writing more and more themselves these days so it will allow them to develop as songwriters.

”Because of the shows across the globe they’ll have no time out to record so this is the best way to get the fourth album done.”

The boy band – who are set to release their third album ‘Midnight Memories’ in November – have recently signed a £10 million deal with Simon Cowell’s company Syco, which will see them continue their success until at least 2016.

The source explained: ”It was all worked out as part of the deal they did with Simon Cowell and Syco records earlier this month.”
