Jenny McCarthy thinks Donnie Wahlberg is her perfect match.
The new ‘The View’ co-host, who previously dated actor Jim Carrey and has a nine-year-old son, Evan, with her ex-husband John Mallory Asher, says the New Kids On The Block singer, 44, was worth waiting for.
The 40-year-old blonde beauty, who hosted a party at 1 OAK nightclub in Las Vegas on Saturday (09.28.13), told People.com: ”If every relationship leads you to the next person and it leads you to what you want and what you don’t want, I feel like I deserve great and he’s great.”
The couple are still in the honeymoon phase of their relationship.
Jenny said: ”It’s new. I took a year off [from dating] but I said if I meet someone who makes me stop that year off, it’s someone who I need to pay attention to.”
The duo began dating in July after meeting on the set of her VHI chat show ‘The Jenny McCarthy Show’ in March, and Jenny previously revealed she initially feared he wasn’t interested in her because he waited two weeks before calling to ask her out for the first time.
