Scarlett Johansson has sold her Los Angeles home.
The ‘Hitchcock’ actress bought an apartment in the Hollywood Versailles Tower, near the famous Hollywood Boulevard, for $372,000 in 2003 and has now sold it for $470,000, according to E! News.
The designer one-bedroom, two-bathroom property has been completely remodelled by the notoriously private actress and features gleaming hardwood floors, marble countertops, stone and wood panelled walls.
The apartment is said to have panoramic views of the Hollywood Hills, Griffith Observatory and Downtown Los Angeles.
The building also offers a full list of luxury services, including a pool, gym, valet and 24-hour doorman.
Scarlett, who is dating French journalist Romain Dauriac and now spends most of her time in his native Paris and her native New York, originally put the home on the market around the same time she split from her husband of two years, Ryan Reynolds, in 2010.
The property records show that she tried to sell it twice that year but removed it from the market both times after failing to attract much interest from potential buyers.
