The younger sister of Brit model of the moment Edie Campbell and a Marc by Marc Jacobs campaign star in her own right, Olympia Campbell models a selection of new dresses by Issa London. The so called ‘Edited Collection’ is composed of Issa’s most popular styles, reinterpreted in new colors and fabric options.
Founded by Camilla Al Fayed back in 2006, Issa London "is a brand loved by our customers — their designs are timeless and flatter all figures," according to The Outnet’s managing director Stephanie Phair. "We’ve worked with Issa so that our customers can invest in styles that they may have missed the first time round and they also have the opportunity to buy an exclusive style at great value" she told Vogue UK.
The brand chose 17-year-old Olympia Campbell, the sister of Burberry and Louis Vuitton star Edie, as the face of the new collection. A video directed by Showstudio’s Marie Schuller shows the young star moving around a colorful London-themed set wearing the new clothes.
"We wanted to ensure that whoever fronted the campaign was right for both Issa and the Outnet," added Phair. "As Issa is a London-based brand we felt that London rising star Olympia Campbell fitted the bill perfectly. The bright, block colours inspired the look and the feel of the images and Olympia’s energy complements this perfectly."
Campbell is the daughter of modernist architect Sophie Hicks, a former Vogue fashion editor, who has designed luxury stores for Chloé, Paul Smith and Yohji Yamamoto.
