Last year, Lane Hutson absolutely destroyed everything in the NCAA. The diminutive defenseman, a second-round draft pick of the CH, scored 48 points in 39 games, one of the best seasons in league history for a defenseman his age.
That said, in 2023-24, he’ll be back with the Boston University Terriers to continue his development. But the good news is that he’s gaining momentum with his team, as the Terriers have just announced that young Hutson will be an assistant to captain Case McCarthy next season.
Luke Tuch, another CH prospect, will also have the chance to wear an A on his jersey.
We’re excited to announce our 2023-24 leadership group, which includes the return of Case McCarthy and Sam Stevens for a fifth year!
