Tom Cruise’s neighbor has been arrested for allegedly trespassing at his Beverly Hills mansion.
The 41-year-old man was spotted by Tom’s security team jumping a fence to get into the property before tasering him at around 9.30 last night (28.10.12).
The prowler was later identified as Tom’s neighbor, who seemingly entered the star’s property in a drunken state.
The man was shot with a stun gun and detained before police arrived to take him into custody.
He was reportedly treated at a nearby hospital for injuries related to the tasering.
Neither Tom or his family were at home during the incident.
The ‘Rock of Ages’ actor is not the only star to have had a trespasser in recent months.
Miley Cyrus was terrified when a 40-year-old scissor-wielding man claiming to be her husband tried to enter her gated mansion in Los Angeles, although she vowed not to let it ruin her life.
A source said: "She doesn’t plan on moving from her home and will not allow crazy people ruin her life.
"When she is home, she has her own security team that she trusts and is confident they would protect her.
"She will not be affected by the incidents that have happened recently at her house. She is relieved that no one was injured and hurt but moving is not an option."
