Heidi Klum can dance all day in five-inch heels.
The ‘Project Runway’ host is returning as the face and body of Jordache jeans, five years after her debut campaign for the brand and Jordache’s president is impressed by her stamina and ability to work to huge heels.
Liz Berlinger told WWD: "Heidi’s beautiful and a great businesswoman and designer, and she also turns out to be an amazing dancer with great stamina. She danced from 10 in the morning until midnight in five-inch heels. I’d have a hard time walking down the street in the heels she was wearing."
Heidi’s new advertising campaign was shot by Rankin and choreographed by ‘So You Think You Can Dance’s Mia Michaels.
Heidi wears four different types of jeans from the Jordache collection in the campaign and although she is a 39-year-old mother of four, Liz believes Heidi appeals to the youth audience.
She said: "We’re pushing a young missy product here, and Heidi is a great fit."
Meanwhile, the company is set to launch a cheaper range of jeans in Wal-Mart for $16.44 with plans to expand into other clothing and accessories.
