Scarlett Johansson holiday duet with Dean Martin

Actress records I’ll Be Home for Christmas with the late Dean Martin.

Actress Scarlett Johansson has recorded a holiday duet with the late crooner Dean Martin, reports DigitalSpy. The Lost in Translation star sings along to Martin’s cover of I’ll Be Home for Christmas.

Johansson’s duet is featured on Martin’s holiday album My Kind of Christmas, which also includes other holiday classics like Silent Night, Jingle Bells, and Let It Snow.

Johansson said her special duet with Martin, was "a childhood dream come true.”

"Growing up in New York City, Christmas was never Christmas without Dino," Johansson said. "Recording in the studio with Mr. Martin in my headphones felt as though he were standing right next to me, crooning with that mischievous gleam in his eye."

Johansson enjoys singing, and has also recorded a duet with Lulu Gainsboug, who is compiling a tribute album for his late father, French songwriter Serge Gainsbourg.

She also released an album in 2008, Anywhere I Lay My Head, consisting of one original song and ten cover versions of Tom Waits songs.
