British singer Lauren Bennett, who is featured along with GoonRock on LMFAO’s hit song Party Rock Anthem, has announced she will be joining the girl group Pussycat Dolls, reports Billboard.
Bennett confirmed she would be part of the newly reformed group during a red carpet interview last weekend at the American Music Awards.
The Doll’s founder, Robin Antin, is in the process of reforming the group and confirmed that Bennett is the first official member of the new Pussycat Dolls.
"We’re currently figuring out who’s in the group and we’re working on an album," Bennett said of the Pussycat Dolls.
This will not be her first girl group, as she was once a member of the Paradiso Girls under Interscope. Bennett also recently launched a solo single, I Wish I Wish.
