Italian supermodel Bianca Balti, 27, has signed on as the newest brand ambassador for the world’s largest cosmetics and beauty company L’Oréal Paris, reports Elle France.
“Bianca is incredibly beautiful, sensual, feminine and at the same time spontaneous, funny and completely genuine,” said L’Oreal Paris CEO Cyril Chapuy, in unveiling the identity of their newest spokesmodel.
“She has a very engaging personality, a modern young mother, a real woman of today. We’re delighted that this exuberant Italian pearl is the new face of L’Oreal Paris.”
Modeling since the age of 20, the former Victoria’s Secret Angel has represented such brands as Armani, Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana and St. John. Most recently, she was the face of Karl Lagerfeld’s Karleidoscope fragrance. She also started her acting career with a role in Go Go Tales in 2007.
Balti spoke of her collaboration with L’Oreal, saying she is “very honored to wear the colors of such a large brand.
“It’s both a tremendously exciting project to be part of an incredible team of celebrities who represent the brand, and at the same time, it’s a real responsibility to declare ‘We’re worth it’ to every women on the planet!”
As the newest face of L’Oreal Paris, Balti follows in the footsteps of celebrities Beyoncé Knowles, Rachel Weisz, Gwen Stefani, and Jennifer Lopez, among others.
