Justin Bieber releases Drummer Boy

Rapper Busta Rhymes guests on pop star’s club version of a yuletide classic.

Little girls the world over adore Canadian-borne hit maker Justin Bieber, and lately, it would seem that rappers can’t get enough of him either.

In the spirit of the impending holidays, the teen singer has re-interpreted the classic Little Drummer Boy – shortening it to just Drummer Boy – and enlisted renowned rapper Busta Rhymes to imbue some added old-school cheer.

The far-from-traditional track will be included on Bieber’s forthcoming Christmas album, Under the Mistletoe, set for release November 1.

The multi-platinum-selling teen is also hard at work on a new release entitled Believe, which will feature collaborations with heavy hitters Kanye West and fellow Canadian, Drake.

Revealing details of his newest projects, Bieber recently told the UK’s Capital FM, "I just learned about picking the right songs and making sure that I create a sound that people aren’t really used to hearing, so that it’s new and fun and people enjoy it.”
