Kanye West will release his Bon Iver-sampling track Lost in the World as the next single off his My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy album, Dutch DJ Tiësto told MTV News.
"I spoke to Kanye a couple of weeks ago, and he told me it’s going to be his new single," explained Tiësto, who had remixed the track earlier this year.
West first announced plans to release Lost as a single almost two months ago, but has since been busy with his collaborative album, Watch the Throne, with Jay-Z. Although the lengthy delay meant doubts that Lost would ever see the light of day s a radio single, the Dutch DJ insists it is on its way.
"The remix is going to come out a lot later than expected, which is cool for me, because I’ve been playing the track exclusively for the last five, six months, and it’s gone well in my set," he said. "Especially in America, they really love that song. It’s like a journey anthem."
