Kate Bush releases second album this year

10th studio album 50 Words for Snow drops November 21.

Typically, British singer-songwriter Kate Bush takes years to fine-tune each album, but she surprised and delighted fans by announcing the arrival of a second album this year.

The new album of original material 50 Words For Snow includes seven songs, and follows the May 16 release of Director’s Cut, a re-recorded and restructured album of songs from early albums.

Very little about this new material is known, except that it was recorded around the same time as Director’s Cut. Revolving around the theme of snow, the seven-song tracklist for 50 Words for Snow covers a total of 65 minutes.

Bush will launch the album through her own label, Fish People, with EMI handling distribution.

50 Words for Snow tracklist:

1. Snowflake
2. Lake Tahoe
3, Misty
4. Wildman
5. Snowed in at Wheeler Street
6. 50 Words for Snow
7. Among Angels
