To commemorate the launch of their new perfume Burberry Body, British design house Burberry has created a capsule fashion collection with a trendy nude-color theme, reports Elle France.
Burberry Nude is a collection of the brand’s iconic trench coats, as well as bags, shoes, and accessories in shades of cream and nude. Known for their elegant and stylish designs, Burberry has unveiled their classic trench coats done up in suede, leather, and faux fur, along with sleek handbags with classic detailing.
The collection is available online and at Burberry boutiques. Star of the fragrance campaign, model-actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is posed semi-nude, looking like a female flasher in her half-open trench coat.
This year, the Transformers movie star was named FHM’s ‘World’s Sexiest Woman’ and topped Maxim’s ‘Hot 100’ list. Returning to her Burberry modeling roots, the 24-year-old signed on as the face and body of Burberry Body for a campaign shot by famed fashion photographer Mario Testino.
“It’s a huge honor to be working with Burberry again, a brand that put my career on the map and helped launch me,” said Huntington-Whiteley. “To be asked to be the first ‘Burberry Body’ is an amazing compliment.”
Burberry creative director Christopher Bailey said in a statement, “Rosie’s effortless style and her staggering beauty made her the natural choice as the first Burberry Body.”
