50 Cent and Lil Kim perform together

Rappers team up for first time in 8 years.

Rappers 50 Cent and Lil Kim performed their collaborative single, Magic Stick, together for the first time since they recorded it eight years ago, reports Starpulse.

The duo recorded the track – written by 50 Cent – for Lil Kim’s 2003 album La Bella Mafia. Shortly after hitting the studio together, the two musicians suffered a falling out, nixing further collaborations.

When the song debuted in 2003, it peaked at number two on the Billboard Hot 100 despite not having an accompanying music video. While a video shoot had been scheduled, the estrangement between the two rappers caused it to be cancelled.

Since then, the pair has reconciled and Lil Kim joined headliner 50 Cent on stage at the WinterBeatz Festival in Perth, Australia earlier this week, surprising fans. The two rappers performed their duet together for the first time, and then 50 Cent closed out the segment by making suggestive gestures with his microphone.

Lil Kim was not the only act to join 50 Cent on stage. The hip hop star also welcomed rapper Fabolous and R&B singer Mario.
