A false rumor has been circulating regarding a break-up between Bad Teacher star Cameron Diaz and New York Yankees star Alex Rodriguez. Yesterday (June 6), a source said that A-Rod had ended his relationship with the actress after a little over a year of dating, reports Us magazine.
According to Cameron Diaz, none of it is true, but the false reports about splitting up with her beau don’t bother her.
“If I want to read gossip, I read about somebody else’s life. I can’t worry about what other people say," the star told Extra. "It’s fine to say whatever you want as long as you actually don’t know what’s going on in my life."
Sources are now saying that Diaz-Rodriguez relationship is stronger than ever. They arrived together at the MTV Movie Awards last Sunday (June 5), and, according to a witness, were “very affectionate” toward one another, and inseparable throughout the evening.
Last month, The Green Hornet star broke her silence on the relationship, telling Maxim, "It’s really awesome."
Last October, Diaz, 38, and Rodriguez, 35, separated briefly. The actress was rumored to have a crush on Glee star Matthew Morrison, but Diaz wasn’t really interested and returned to Rodriguez in November.
Previously, Cameron Diaz has been linked with Matt Dillon, Jared Leto, and Justin Timberlake, while Alex Rodriguez dated Kate Hudson.
