Venusgarden guesthouse, a small hotel in Sweden, has the honor of being the country’s first ‘love hotel’, featuring amorous-themed rooms, sex toys and even an orgasm coach, reports the Daily Mail.
Located in the municipality of Skurup, near the southern city of Malmo, the farmhouse hotel has only three guest rooms, each based on a different theme. There is the Indian-themed Kamasutra room, the Tao room with a mirrored ceiling and a swing above the bed, and the Venus room, dedicated to the love goddess herself.
"Some people have called it an orgasm hotel. But that gives completely the wrong impression. We aren’t tacky, sleazy or fetishistic," explains Ylva Franzén, the hotel’s owner. "It’s a place of romance and romantic bonding. We hope Venusgarden is the ultimate romantic destination."
According to Franzén, "most of our guests tend to be middle-aged people who already have fantastic relationships and know each other very well and remember the wonderful days of passion and intimacy. And want to revive them."
