Eva Mendes and Naomi Watts let their hair down

Pantene features actresses in ‘natural look’ ad campaign.

In an unprecedented move by hair care company Pantene, both Eva Mendes and Naomi Watts have inked deals to become brand ambassadors for the company, reports Coco Perez.

"With their undeniable beauty and confidence that women admire, Eva and Naomi are wonderful additions to the Pantene family," spokesperson Julie Marchant-Houle told E! News.

The two beautiful actresses have great – but different – hair. Mendes will front the Breakage to Strength line while Watts will be the new face of Flat to Volume.

Both Mendes and Watts posed without extensions or chemically-altered hair.

"Each look was natural and never manipulated and my hair looked healthy and beautiful for every shot," explained Mendes.

Meanwhile, Watts said that she wanted to stick up for women with fine hair and let them know "that achieving beautiful, voluminous hair is possible without damaging [it]."

"The amount of torture I put my hair through with flat irons, blow dryers and curling irons leaves my hair extremely damaged," added Mendes in a release. "With Pantene I can use all of these tools and still keep my hair healthy."

The new campaign will kick off in July. Behind-the-scenes images and information are available on the company’s official Facebook page.
