Luciano Pavarotti’s Italian villa for rent

Tenor’s summer villa in Pesaro now available to rent.

The perfect getaway for opera fans, the late Luciano Pavarotti’s summer villa is now available to rent in the Italian town of Pesaro in the region of Marche.

Named Villa Giulia after his grandmother, the property was Pavarotti’s summer getaway for several years. Here he studied operas before recording, and received many illustrious guests.

Situated on a gently sloping hill that leads down to the sea, the villa also has a five-bedroom annex as well as the singer’s original piano, which still sits in the music room.

A summer residence, the sprawling grounds provide plenty of privacy. Located within a 12-hectare fenced park, the villa includes a covered outdoor patio with lounge furniture and tables for dining al fresco.

Although the public beach is within walking distance, the villa also includes a private pool in the front garden. There is also a bowling green, ping pong table and foozball for entertainment.

The villa has central heating and air conditioning in every room and a built-in wireless internet connection. A laundry room is included on-site.

Prices range from $11,000 to $16,000 per week depending on the number of guests.
