Daily Air France Airbus flights to Montreal begin Friday

Super jumbo jet can hold 538 passengers.

After an honorary visit in October 2010 to celebrate 60 years of Air France in Canada, the largest passenger aircraft in the world, the Airbus A380, will begin daily flights between Montreal’sTrudeau Airport and Paris’ Charles de Gaulle Airport.

The first Air France A380 flight should arrive in Canada this Friday, April 22, at 5 p.m.

The super jumbo jet can hold up to 538 passengers, and offers three different classes: First, Business, and Traveller – better known as economy class – which reserves the largest number of seats at 449.

The size of the aircraft includes 6 bars over two bridges and plenty of space allocated for passenger seating.

As of May 9, Air France will begin offereing three daily flights from Montreal to Paris.
