The Strokes reveal track list from upcoming album

American rock band announces track names from their upcoming album Angles.

American rock band The Strokes have unveiled the final track listing for their upcoming album, Angles, reports Clash Music.

Their first release since 2006’s First Impressions of Earthwill feature only ten tracks and is due out March 22 in North America, the day after it hits international shelves. The first official single, Under Cover of Darkness, is scheduled to drop on February 9.

The Strokes began working on the album in 2009, ending the two-year hiatus that followed their extensive First Impressions of Earth tour.

After firing their producer, the band decided to oversee recording and production themselves.
The album’s final track, Life is Simple in the Moonlight, is the only song to feature an outside producer.

The group hopes to reduce time between future recordings. "We want to release albums quicker," said Albert Hammond Jr, the band’s rhythm guitarist.

The rumoured track-listing for Angles:

 1.    Machu Picchu
 2.    Under Cover of Darkness
 3.    Two Kinds of Happiness
 4.    You’re So Right
 5.    Taken For a Fool
 6.    Games
 7.    Call Me Back
 8.    Gratisfaction
 9.    Metabolism
