Charlie Sheen vs. Capri Anderson

Actor accuses adult film star of extortion.

Actor Charlie Sheen, 45, has filed a lawsuit against the adult film actress Capri Anderson, accusing her of trying to extort $1 million after a “consensual relationship” in a New York hotel room, reports People.

His lawsuit filed yesterday (November 22) in the Superior Court of Los Angeles states: "This case involves a shakedown and extortion of the internationally known actor and celebrity Charlie Sheen … by an opportunist pornographic film star and publicity-hungry scam artist.”

According to the Two and a Half Men star, Capri Anderson, whose real name is Christina Walsh, has fabricated a sensational story in which she was attacked and held in a hotel room against her will. She then threatened to go to the media with her story if the star refused to give her money.

When Sheen refused to succumb to her threats, Walsh gave an interview to ABC News that aired Monday (November 22), and her representatives contacted the authorities who arrested Sheen in Aspen last Christmas for assaulting his wife. The popular actor has a well-documented history of domestic violence that goes back at least twenty years.

Walsh claims she was hired to escort Sheen to dinner last month, but the evening ended violently with the actor in an uncontrollable rage, so she locked herself in the bathroom in fear for her life. Sheen’s lawsuit alleges Walsh told someone that the assault did not occur and told New York police that he acted “like a total gentleman.”

Walsh’s attorney, Keith M. Davidson, says of Sheen’s countersuit: “It’s a blatant attempt by them to muddy the waters and confuse the situation. They are throwing a bunch of mud at the wall and hoping something will stick.”

As for whether Walsh called Sheen a "gentlemen" to police, Davidson says, "At the beginning of the night he was acting as a gentleman, but not at the end when he was threatening to kill her."
