Yesterday (November 10), during a family court hearing in Los Angeles Superior Court, Judge Scott Gordon ordered Mel Gibson, 54, to pay three months of back child support to his ex, Oksana Grigorieva, 40, for their one-year-old daughter, Lucia.
The actor delayed monthly support payments while his lawyers tried to clarify if he could deduct the $6,000 per month he pays for the Los Angeles house where Grigorieva resides with her 61-year-old mother, and Lucia. But the judge denied the housing deduction.
Grigorieva has also asked the judge to end Lucia’s weekly overnight stay with Gibson. According to a source, the Russian musician is concerned about Gibson’s temper and that their daughter, who cries because she misses her mother, is left in the care of a nanny anyway.
Judge Gordon has postponed any visitation decisions until the next hearing. Last month Gibson was to have a cameo in The Hangover Part II, but was removed from the film after the cast and crew objected to his involvement
