Sandra Bullock may star in Holocaust survivor movie

Oscar-winning actress in talks for Never Forget starring role.

Sandra Bullock is in discussion with Screen Gems studio to star in the holocaust survivor movie, Never Forget, according to Entertainment Weekly.

Loosely based on the documentary, On Moral Grounds, the Oscar-winning actress has been offered the role which depicts one lawyer’s quest to help Holocaust survivors who were swindled out their inheritances by a European insurance company.

Considered another Oscar-worthy role, producers are waiting for a response from the actress, who recently won a Best Actress Oscar for her role in The Blind Side last year, amidst the turmoil of her failing marriage. It’s also rumoured that Bullock is a potential replacement, if Natalie Portman backs out of the film Gravity by Alfonso Cuaron.

Meanwhile, with Oscar in hand, Sandra Bullock reviews her options. She has several projects under development over the next two years: Kiss & Tango, The Abstinence Teacher, Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close with Tom Hanks and eventually she will rejoin her The Proposal co-star, Ryan Reynolds, in Most Wanted
