Over the weekend, lead singer of Kings of Leon, Caleb Followill, popped the question to his girlfriend, model Lily Aldridge, who gladly accepted, reports Music-News.
The couple have been dating since 2007 and their relatives say they are perfect for each other.
All band members were present for the occasion, including brothers Nathan and Jared Followill and cousin Matthew Followill. Nathan Followill, the group’s drummer, married singer Jessie Baylin in November, 2009.
Kings of Leon is preparing to launch their new album Come Around Sundown, which will succeed Only By The Night, the 2008 album that put the Tennessee band in the major leagues.
The group recently released a video of the first single, Radioactive, and this much-anticipated album is due to arrive in stores October 19.
