Jennifer Lopez wants Kanye West to write her a hit song because she’s dying to work with him, according to Female First.
The Love Don’t Cost a Thing singer is facing setbacks on her comeback, as she tries to give her career some new momentum.
She postponed the release of her seventh album, Love?, before leaving her record company, Epic Records, for a contract with Island Def Jam.
The 41-year-old star says a duet with West would be a dream come true for her. She recently wrote on her Twitter: "A Kanye collaboration wouldn’t be Lopez’s first foray into the world of hip-hop. The star had already recorded I’m Rea with Ja Rule, among others.
"It’d be so fun to work with him. Kanye – when can you write That song for me?"
