Sexy Mad Men star Christina Hendricks will be part of the ad campaign for London Fog’s Onix collection.
The campaign will appear in October in print and online editions of fashion magazines such as Elle, Cosmopolitan and InStyle, according to Starpulse,
The actress, who follows Eva Longoria, Tony Parker, Gisele Bündchen and Teri Hatcher as a model for the brand, has been chosen for her sophisticated and glamorous image, said a spokesman for the brand. She appears in the black-and-white photos for the ad campaign in black and white wearing the brand’s outerwear and accessories.
"London Fog is a classic brand, which I love. It also ties in to Mad Men, we used London Fog in the show and this was a nice way to tie everything together. The trench is such an iconic shape for men and women. It works for anyone – it worked in the 1960s and it works now," says Hendricks.
London Fog designs outerwear, handbags, shoes, travel bags, outdoor clothing for children, accessories for outdoor and home, sunglasses and umbrellas. Pieces retail for between $150 to $ 350.
