There’s been a lot of speculation about Britney Spears’ new album but a new report suggests that recent talk is nothing but hot air.
Some producers have spoken openly about teaming up with Spears to work on the follow up to her 2008 release, Circus. Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins has produced songs for many of the biggest stars around, including Lady Gaga. He said: "Britney fans are gonna be so happy in a few weeks."
Another producer, Danja, revealed: "We’re getting things together. I’m definitely gonna do my part and try to make it hard-hitting, uptempo, high-energy." He produced her 2007 hit Gimme More.
Now Spears’ manager enters the fray and contradicts these recent claims. Adam Leber posted a Twitter message saying: "No new music news right now…Wish people wouldn’t mislead you guys with BS info." Leber went on to add: "The guys that ARE working on Brit’s next album ARE NOT talking about it."
