Fergie officially introduced her new fragrance, Outspoken, on Wednesday evening (August 4). Coco Perez reports a launch party was held in New Jersey. Fergie walked the red carpet with a bottle of her perfume in hand.
She teamed up with a team at Avon to launch her debut scent. Fergie recently talked about how she chose the name Outspoken. She stated: "From my music to my wardrobe, my style is all about speaking up and making a statement. That’s why my first-ever fragrance exudes independence. Outspoken definitely turns heads, but it also lets your true personality shine through."
The flacon for Outspoken was inspired by a vase Fergie saw in her honeymoon suite on the night of her wedding. It is made of translucent dark glass with a diamond-shaped stopper.
Top notes include frozen black currant, starfruit and wild saffron which contrast with heart notes of tuberose, jasmine and passion flower. Base notes consist of ebony, leather and vetiver.
