John Lennon’s murderer may be set free

Mark David Chapman has made a new request for parole.

Next Liberation reports that John Lennon’s assassin has again applied for parole.

If his request is granted, Chapman, who killed the Beatles singer in 1980, could be released from prison.

In 2008, 30 years after his conviction, Chapman filed a first request for parole.

Yoko Ono, John Lennon’s wife, says she wou’t feel at all safe if Chapman is granted, because it would bring her nightmares back to light.

In 2008, she also claimed that if he were released from prison, Chapman might be hunted down and killed by Lennon’s loyal fans

At the beginning of the year, the 76-year-old widow announced that she would begin writing a book about her life with Lennon in the next few years.
