R&B singer Usher revealed he wants to design a women’s lingerie collection with his friend, Tamara Mellon, Coco Perez reports.
Tamara Mellon is the Chief Creative Officer of Jimmy Choo. The two met a few years back at the Glamour Awards in London.
Usher said: "I love a woman’s curves, her shape, particularly nude. I really do enjoy that. And you should know that I am a fan of lingerie, I mean more than most men."
The star added: "Tamara Mellon is a friend of mine and I keep telling her we have to do something cool together, like design a lingerie line through Jimmy Choo."
This is one project that will not get off the ground overnight. Usher also mentioned he would not jump into creating a clothing collection at this time because it would be too costly in the currently economic climate.
