Lindsay Lohan wasn’t expecting to be sentenced to 90 days in jail, plus another 90 days in rehab. Now People reports she will have to undergo random drug and alcohol tests until the end of her probation in 2011.
Judge Marsha N. Revel released her sentencing order yesterday (July 7). It requires the actress to stay sober for the next year, or face the consequences.
Lohan is allowed to continue taking a few prescription medications.
The judge was not buying Lohan’s excuses for missing scheduled alcohol education classes. She was also less than impressed with the swear word painted on Lohan’s left middle finger.
Lohan insisted the rude word was not aimed at the person who is sending her to jail… you be the judge.
The troubled actress will do her time at the only women’s jail in Los Angeles, Century Regional Detention Facility.
If Lohan toes the line while behind bars, she will likely get out early for good behaviour.
