Singer and actress Miley Cyrus is famous for her role as Hannah Montana on TV and for her work in movies and on albums released under her own name. She recently announced she wanted to take a break from singing to focus on her acting career. But she is making headlines these days for her music.
Cyrus made an appearance at Rock in Rio in Portugal last Saturday (May 29). She performed a new song off her upcoming album Can’t Be Tamed, which is hitting stores on June 22. She introduced the song Full Circle to the throng of fans and gave them some interesting background information.
The young singing sensation told the crowd that this song was about one of the Jonas brothers. It is well known that she dated Nick Jonas for two years before they split in 2007. It is pretty easy to link this Jonas to the sad refrain: "I try to run but I keep on coming back full circle and I can’t jump the track, can’t let you go."
Now, it remains to be seen if the other songs off her new album will continue the romantic theme. Miley Cyrus is now dating Australian actor Liam Hemsworth, her co-star in the film The Last Song.
