Singer Mark McGrath and his fiancée, Carin Kingsland, welcomed their twins into the world yesterday morning (April 29) in Los Angeles, Us magazine reports.
The McGrath boy was named Lydon Edward while the girl will be called Hartley Grace.
McGrath says, "We are so lucky. I don’t think you can prepare for the love we are feeling."
After 16 years in an on-again, off-again relationship, the 42-year old Sugar Ray singer and his 37-year old partner finally got engaged on New Year’s Day. They also confirmed at that time that they were expecting twins conceived via in-vitro fertilization.
McGrath adds, "These two kids will be the luckiest kids in the world in terms of their mom, that’s for sure. They’ll get a lot of love."
McGrath plans to tour with Sugar Ray this summer. He is also set to host the show Don’t Forget The Lyrics on the Fox network this fall.
