Britney Spears is selling but no-one is buying. Teenmusic reports the value of Britney Spears’ house has taken another hit as the singer was forced to reduce the price again. She desperately wants to sell this Beverly Hills residence.
The star put the house on the market at the beginning of 2008 and even raised the price to $7.9 million US before the world economic meltdown occurred.
Spears agreed to lower the price on March 15, 2010 by $2.4 million, to $5.5 million US.
However, the mansion is still up for sale and attracting little interest so the singer decided to lower the price again, this time to $4.85 million US.
Britney Spears bought the house in January 2007 for $6.75 million.

This is the same home where Britney Spears had a meltdown and refused to hand over her two children to ex-husband Kevin Federline. She spent some time in a psychiatric hospital after that incident.
