Coco Perez reports that Calvin Klein is going to replace actress Eva Mendes in its new sexy and controversial ad campaigns.
According to the rumours, the brand is in talks with supermodel Lara Stone. She will sign a contract to become the new face of Calvin Klein’s main collection but also represent Calvin Klein Jeans and Calvin Klein Cosmetics.
If this is the real deal, she will also replace Jac Jablonski who has posed for the Calvin Klein collection in recent seasons.
Lara Stone has already landed some big gigs but this would be a real coup for her to be the face of three ad campaigns for the same company.
She is already the face of Louis Vuitton’s new spring campaign, the face of Prada’s Infusion d’Iris perfume and the face of Jaeger and Eres.
Actress Eva Mendes has starred in a number of racy Calvin Klein ads this year.
She appeared with model Jamie Dornan in ads for Calvin Klein Jeans and Calvin Klein Underwear’s Fall/Winter 2009-10 collections.
