According to Us magazine, singer Whitney Houston is not checking in to a rehab centre to battle drug addiction, despite what the National Enquirer is reporting.
Her lawyer, Marty Singer, shoots down the rumours, saying, "Whitney is not headed to rehab. She is headed to Paris, where she will be continuing her world tour."
Singer also denies rumours that Houston, 46, collapsed backstage during a concert. He says the story is ridiculous and did not happen.
The lawyer adds, "It is ironic that at the same time that the Enquirer claims it is deserving of a Pulitzer for journalism, the tabloid is continuously publishing stories comprised of brazen lies cobbled together from claims made from anonymous sources."
Houston sparked lots of rumours about her health during her Australian tour in February. Fans were not happy with her performance during two stops on the tour.
Houston launched her first album in seven years, I Look To You, last September.
