Hilary Duff tries her hand at writing

Hilary Duff adds author to her list of accomplishments.

Starpulse reports that singer-actress Hilary Duff is following in the footsteps of actresses like Jennie Garth and Tori Spelling by writing kids’ books.

The 22-year old multi-talented star is working on a series of books for young adults with the Simon & Schuster publishing house.

Duff’s first book entitled Elixir will hit bookshelves next October. It is about the exciting adventures of an international photo journalist, Clea Raymond.

Tori Spelling will soon release another book about her life. Gallery Books will launch the actress’ third book, unchartered terriTori next June.
