Colour with Yves Saint Laurent

Aspiring fashionistas of all ages can have fun combining art creation with haute couture.

The Glénat Group presents a colouring book which covers the designer’s 40-year career, reports Vogue. It’s part of the Yves Saint Laurent retrospective exhibition, organized by the Fondation Pierre Bergé and presented at the Petit Palais in Paris.

There are 20 of Saint Laurent’s handmade sketches, including some from his renowned Russian, Spanish, Chinese and African collections. The colouring book features evening gowns, day wear as well as cocktail attire.

You can colour them according to the original style, cut them out or follow the designer’s lines to trace the style.

The book is divided into three themes, Extraordinary Voyages (Voyages extraordinaires), Glimpses of Art (Clins d’œil à l’Art ) and Under the Spotlight (Sous les projecteurs).

Glénat Group will offer the 40-page Yves Saint Laurent colouring book in two formats.
