Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife, Denise Richards, could be called to testify against him. Daily News reports it is about an alleged incident similar to claims made by his current wife, Brooke Mueller.
Prosecutors in Aspen, Colorado, want Richards to talk about a 2005 incident that resulted in a restraining order against the actor.
Richards accused Sheen of pushing and shoving her with his two hands while she was holding their daughter, Lola, in her arms. The actor denied the accusations at the time.
Charlie Sheen was arrested on Christmas Day 2009 after a fight with his wife and now faces conjugal violence charges.
He is currently in a rehab centre undergoing therapy. His wife, Brooke Mueller, is also in a Los Angeles treatment facility undergoing therapy.
