Starpulse.com reports that rapper 50 Cent is facing a lawsuit. A woman says he posted her adult video on his website last year without her permission. He also changed the video to remove her lover’s face, inserted himself wearing a curly wig and blue robe, and then added some commentary.
Lastonia Leviston from Florida filed a lawsuit yesterday (February 24) in New York. She says the hip-hop star took an adult video she recorded in 2008 and posted it on his website last year.
She is suing for unauthorized use of her name or image, as well as emotional distress caused by the public release of the clip.
The rapper is currently on tour but will start filming a new movie in May. He co-wrote a screenplay about a college football player dealing with cancer. His Cheetah Vision Films is bringing Things Fall Apart to the big screen. He plans to lose 65 pounds to star in the film.
