Mickey Rourke thinks that Megan Fox is unfairly criticized for her talents as an actress because she is beautiful.
The two actors spent time together in New Mexico while shooting the drama Passion Play with Bill Murray. This was Mitch Glazer’s directorial debut. He has written the screenplay of films including The Recruit in 2003 and Great Expectations in 1998.
Rourke is amazed by Fox’s talent. He says his co-star is a perfect example of a star who does not receive her proper due because of her good looks.
He tells Starpulse, "She doesn’t drink or do drugs. People say bad stuff about her and how she can’t act but they only say that because she’s beautiful. She’s the most talented actress I’ve worked with. When she cries in a scene, I get emotional."
Megan Fox is nominated for two Razzie Awards for worst actress for her performances in Transformers and Jennifer’s Body.
