Charlie Sheen’s wife, Brooke Mueller, left The Canyon treatment centre in Malibu on Sunday night (February 21) and checked in somewhere else.
She is looking for more privacy from the media during her treatment program. A source told People, "Brooke has recently moved to a new rehab facility in the Los Angeles area. She wants privacy and to be away from cameras that were bothering her at the other place."
The source confirms that Mueller is doing well and she is allowed to see her children, 11-month old twins Max and Bob. The source adds, "Brooke and Charlie are getting along okay, and he supports her stay in rehab."
The couple’s twins received a "routine, procedural" visit on Sunday from L.A.’s Department of Children and Family Services. The Pitkin County Department of Social Services in Colorado asked for the visit to make sure the twins were doing ok. This follows Charlie Sheen’s arrest on Christmas Day in Colorado for threatening and assaulting his wife.
In January, a judge lifted the restraining order against the actor which allowed the couple to get back together and try to work things out.
