Marc Jacobs sues Christian Audigier

Designer Marc Jacobs files a lawsuit against Christian Audigier.

According to Vogue, Louis Vuitton’s artistic director, Marc Jacobs, is suing designer Christian Audigier for trade-dress and trademark infringement.

Jacobs says the "size, shape, color or color combinations, product design, texture, and selection and arrangement of materials and accessories" make up its trade dress and Audigier’s bag is "confusingly similar".
