Golf champion Tiger Woods plans to make a surprise comeback to the world of golf at an upcoming tournament near his Florida home, reports TMZ.com.
According to a source who works for the family, the golfer just finished six weeks of sex therapy. He now plans to participate in the Tavinstock Cup, an event not on the PGA calendar. It pits professional golfers from Isleworth Golf & Country Club in Windermere against players from Lake Nona Golf & Country Club in Orlando.
The tournament takes place on March 22 and 23 in Isleworth, Florida and would mark the return of Tiger Woods since news broke of his serial infidelity. A dozen women have since emerged from the woodwork to claim a spot on Woods’ list of conquests.
Woods checked out of a clinic last Friday (February 5) after six weeks of treatment for sex addiction.
During his therapy, it was reported that his wife, Elin Nordegren, decided to give their marriage another chance. She does not want her two children to grow up without a father.
