No restraining order against Paris Hilton

A request for a restraining order against Paris Hilton has been filed and denied.

A judge has refused a request for a restraining order against Paris Hilton from a man accusing her of "numerous sexual assaults," Orange News reports.

On January 27, Ramiro Benitez filed his request in Los Angeles Superior Court asking for a temporary court order preventing the star from approaching him.

In his court documents, Benitez accuses Hilton of sexually, physically and financially threatening him. However, details are not clear about these claims.

The judge in charge of the case denied the request for a restraining order pending a hearing scheduled for February 16.

Paris Hilton revealed at the beginning of January that she is thinking about marriage. She has been dating former baseball player Doug Reinhardt for more than a year. She says she is ready to tie the knot and talked about a grand ceremony in 2010.

Hilton is hearing wedding bells. She says, "I wouldn’t rule out a wedding in 2010. With how amazing everything is going between us, I see a very bright and happy future."
